ABOUT
I am a Helsinki-based User Experience Designer whose work focuses on creating engaging experiences in the computational space. I work currently as the Design Practice and Team Leader at OutSystems Finland. I have a degree in Design, a master in Design and Multimedia and I am currently working the thesis of a “non-traditional” MBA program in Service Innovation and Design. I’ve been described to have the power to contagious everyone around me with a great level of positive energy.
When I am not designing products at OutSystems, I enjoy going for walkies with my 4 paws best friend – Six, hunting the most incredible views and cycling across the city.
EXPERIENCE
Design Practice and Team Leader
OutSystems Finland | 2018 – present
Helping with the internal development and executing the overall vision for the company in Finland. During the first 12 months at OutSystems Finland I implemented in full the Design practice and settled its foundations for a new market with a different context; hired and ramped-up a 0 to 3 (and growing) amazing, functional, productive, trusted and profitable Design Team; trained 20 people from product delivery teams in UX methodologies; got the Design team to be distinguished has the “role-model team”; contributed actively to set the foundations of 2 product for our major clients – an internal ERP system for Lapland Safaris and the unique tax free digital refund system in the world, http://www.planetpayment.com.
Senior User Experience Designer

Helping OutSystems customers to digitally transform their businesses, re-think their processes and digital strategy. Responsible for concept development and interaction design for B2B and B2E products from clients worldwide – from the hot Caribbean to freezing Finland.
Senior Digital Designer
This is Embrace | 2015 – 2016
Designed compelling user experiences for websites, created site maps, prototypes, and collaborated to create elegant visual design solutions. Worked with clients both within and outside UK, including 7im.co.uk, atlanticomnium.ch, Grant Thornton women in business microsite, and also from the public sector Surrey Police and Sussex Police website.
Digital Designer
Zone Agency | 2013 – 2015
Building consistent and creative visual design solutions across different social media and brands, including Coca Cola, Baking Mad and Tesco. Led some brand activation campaigns and was key member of The Tesco Eat Happy project, an award winning educational project to help children have a better relationship with food.
