A Playful Way to Discover New Recipes and Tricks to Make the Tastiest Meals

Tesco ‘My Kitchen’ is a Facebook app that aims to deliver an engaging experience to the Tesco Food Community in the form on a fun reward scheme. The users could discover new recipes and learn tricks and tips to make the simplest of meals more exciting for them and their families.

By playing ‘My Kitchen’ users could collect chef hats along the way to raise their status level. The higher their status level the more entries they would receive for the monthly prize draw and the more chance they had to win a share of 1,000,000 Clubcard points every quarter.

CHALLENGE

My Kitchen was an in-house developed app. I was involved in the second phase of the project which consisted in working towards making the app responsive across multiple devices.
