IDEA

Embrace have been working on the Sussex Police website to make
the site responsive whilst improving the website user experience.
Research, interviews, user testing was conducted and major improvements were made in the following: navigation, general user path journeys and the report online feature.
Another aspect of the project was to decrease the number of calls SP receives daily, making the information displayed clear and easier to understand and optimizing the report online feature.
